Application form for inclusion in the network

One reason for the formation of the network are the rare possibilities for ethnobiology training in Switzerland. For several years, other countries offer successfully training and research courses at all academic levels, while in Switzerland no comparable offer exists. Ethnobiological studies have so far been embedded in neighbouring disciplines such as ethnology, anthropology, ecology, pharmacy, botany, etc.

Please find below the current range of appropriate courses referring to the extended field of ethnobiology. The list is not complete, so please report to us any relevant courses, we are grateful for any advice! (E-mail to the webmaster)

Important: Discuss with your supervisor well in advance the selection of courses appropriate to your field of studies in order to get the respective credits!

And join the network, because the more we are, the stronger is our position!
